Who we are
This website is operated by MateiroTech. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us through the contact form on this website.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send through the contact form: your name, business email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Service providers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Contact form messages are delivered through an email service provider. Where bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile is used to tell people apart from automated submissions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle it and any business relationship that follows from it, or as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Croatia, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
